Look i think it is good but of course it relies upon it actually assisting repair. One of the things I would like about it is to be able to loosen it a bit for sleeping. I find that it is too tight when sleeping, great during the day, but a bit distracting at night with the squeezing pain it causes, yet i know how important it is for it to squeeze for blood flow and repair. But no good if i cant sleep either

Recovering from a meniscus tear and needed some compression and honestly confidence to get back into the gym. The side springs give that little bit of extra stability to stop the knees from caving in and out which i thought was pretty cool and unique as its helped make me feel safe to squat again.

I brought this into my appointment to check if it was okay to wear and my physio said it was a great choice because of the springs. nice to know my knee has that extra bit of support on my walks.

Usually these things get so itchy and sweaty, but the fabric on this is actually more breathable than others. I wore it for a hike in the Glass House Mountains and didn't feel like ripping it off halfway up. Decent quality.

I have bone-on-bone arthritis in my knee joint. My physio recommended a compression sleeve to manage the secondary swelling. This sleeve has given me just enough support to walk the dog without paying for it later. Very happy.

Blew my ACL 20 years ago and it still plays up in winter especially. Pop this on for an hour in the morning and it warms the joint up perfectly. Can't go without it now - would recommend if youve had a knee injury and its lingered.

I work in construction and need support all day. Although it looked bulky, it fits surprisingly well under my King Gees. Also my knee isn't throbbing by 3pm anymore so thats a huge positive. Highly recommend if youre on a site everyday especially.

I measured my bodyweight as suggested and was right on the border of M and L. I sized up as they recommended as my swelling is not severe and the fit is good, its snug but doesn't cut off my circulation.

I’ve wasted so much money on chemist warehouse sleeves that slide down to my ankle after 5 minutes. The silicon grip on this one is legit - I went for a 5km walk and didn't have to adjust it once. Relief is also nearly instant.
